The lazy way to do tarot!

It might be, I'm not sure.

if we dont have enough money for tarot cards or arent allowed to get them is it the same thing to write something over a game card?

First lay your deck face down spreaded across the table.
Ok now put your energy into the cards, and pull the card.
Now you can either, try to use your abilities or intuition to interpret the card, or you can just cheat and read the meaning!
